IWU's Associate of Science in Business offers real-life interactive business perspectives and assignments that prepare students with the soft skills employers value most, including communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, teamwork, and adaptability.
This degree program prepares you to advance your career in the business field, culminating in an ePortfolio with artifacts you can present to future employers as evidence of workforce readiness. You will also graduate equipped to further your education in a bachelor’s-level program. When you pursue a degree at IWU, you get:

The Indiana Wesleyan University Management major is designed to prepare students for leadership in businesses or public organizations. Stressing skill development in the areas of management, decision making, organizational behavior, financial planning and control systems, negotiation, and conflict resolution, students in this program sharpen the quantitative skills necessary to be successful in a professional environment.
As a Management major, you will learn to both create and manage "business processes" while motivating your fellow workers to successfully achieve organizational goals. You will also learn how to assess the skills and abilities of your associates and thereby appropriately position them in the organization.
